Search terms
A name, location, or other term entered into a search tool is sent to the independent provider that operates that tool. Mills County Busted Mugshots does not store or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages
If you email the site operator or otherwise send a message, we retain the information needed to respond. We do not share that message outside our organization unless disclosure is required by law.

This site links to official sheriff, jail, court, corrections, and public-record resources as well as selected third-party tools. Once you leave this site, the destination’s privacy notice, data practices, and availability control. We do not operate the Mills County roster, TDCJ systems, court systems, or an outside search provider.
Advertising partners may collect or use activity across websites for interest-based advertising on their own systems. Their collection is governed by their policies, not this notice.

We do not sell personal information. Information may nevertheless be handled by the following recipients where needed for the stated purpose:
